There are several ways to cancel your New York Times subscription. Once your subscription has been canceled you will have limited access to The New York Times’s content.

Chat is available 7a.m. to 6p.m. E.T. Monday to Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. E.T. on weekends and holidays.

Go to Your Account
Eligible digital and Home Delivery subscriptions billed through The New York Times can be canceled using your account.
Under your account, select Subscription Overview. Select Cancel your Subscription in the Manage Subscription section, and follow the instructions to cancel.
Note: If you purchased your subscription through a third-party (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), you will need to contact the third-party directly to cancel or make changes to your subscription.
