The New York Times offers a variety of digital access Group Subscriptions to companies and institutions of all kinds. These subscription packages can be customized to fit the needs of the organization. A few examples of options available are:  

Enterprise-wide or group specific access to all available New York Times products including All Access, News, Games, Cooking, Audio, and/or The Athletic

  • Web-only subscriptions to the NYTimes.com website from any computer or device that is connected to the provided network

Volume discounts are available based on the number of authorized users and the subscription package. To learn more about the options available or to purchase a Group Subscription, visit nytimes.com/subscription/groups and submit a contact request form.

Group Subscription Recipients

If your organization has a New York Times group digital subscription, you may be able to receive group digital access. Group subscription access may vary for individuals, depending on the type of group subscription your company or institution purchased.

Getting Access

If your organization has a New York Times group digital subscription and you would like to be added as a recipient, contact your organization’s group subscription administrator and request to be added to the group subscription (this could be your Human Resource department, librarian, office managers, etc.).

Using Single Sign On (SSO)

If your company or school has partnered with The New York Times to offer Single Sign On (SSO) login you will receive an email from your organization directing you to log in with Single Sign On to activate your complimentary subscription.
