New York Times Cooking Subscription
Learn more about what is included in a New York Times Cooking subscription.
With a New York Times Cooking subscription, you have access to all Cooking has to offer, including:
- Access to nytimes.com/cooking.
- The New York Times Cooking app for iPhone and Android.
- Recipes for every taste, skill level and occasion.
- Editors’ collections to inspire.
- Digital recipe box to store and organize all of your favorites.
- Personalized recommendations based on your unique cooking needs.
- Advanced search tools allowing you to filter by meal type, cook time and more.
If you do not have a subscription that includes Cooking, you can still:
- View some editor-curated recipes
- Access parts of your Recipe Box
- View public notes on available recipes
- Receive Cooking newsletters
Subscribe to Cooking
For current pricing and to subscribe online visit, nytimes.com/subscription/cooking. You can also subscribe through the Cooking app on your iOS or Android device. Keep in mind that smartphone and tablet devices need to be updated to the most recent operating system version in order to be compatible with the Cooking app.
Cooking is included with Home Delivery and All Access subscriptions.
If you purchased your Cooking subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, make sure you select Continue with Apple or Google when you log in or create your New York Times account. Give Cooking as a Gift
You can give the gift of Cooking to friends and family with a one-year gift subscription. Currently, gift subscriptions can only be purchased on a web browser. To learn more about gift subscriptions visit our Gift Subscription page in the Help Center.
Pay for Your Subscription
Depending on your subscription type, you will be billed every 28 days or every year (annually).
- Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged in advance of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
- Sales tax may apply.
If you purchased your subscription through a third party (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), you will need to contact the third party directly for billing inquiries.
