To confirm if The Athletic is included in your subscription:

- Confirm The Athletic is listed in the What’s included section.

Note: If you have an individual subscription to The Athletic, it will be listed under Your Subscriptions in the Subscription overview section of your account.
Access The Athletic
The Athletic is available via:
- Web browser, at nytimes.com/athletic
- The Athletic mobile app (for iOS and Android)
- The New York Times News app, by navigating to Sections and then Sports
To access The Athletic journalism, login using the email address associated with your New York Times subscription.
Note: If you are an existing subscriber with The Athletic, ensure that the email address associated with your The Athletic subscription matches the email address linked to your New York Times All Access or Home Delivery subscription. If not, update either email address to ensure they are the same. Failure to match the emails will result in the creation of a new The Athletic account. We are unable to merge accounts retroactively.

Manage Your Account with The Athletic
Managing your account includes updating payment information, reviewing past invoices, updating your email address and password, and more. Where you manage your account may vary depending on the type of Athletic subscription you have. The Subscription Overview section in your Account will direct you to the best place to complete each action.
