With The Athletic, you can listen to exclusive podcasts, listen to articles in a text to speech format, and play sports-related games!

The Athletic Podcasts
The Athletic Podcasts can be accessed via:
- The web, at nytimes.com/athletic/podcasts
- The Athletic app, on the Listen tab
Follow a show to know when new episodes launch. To do this, select the podcast you’d like to follow, and select Follow.
You can find shows you follow on The Athletic app by navigating to your Account and selecting My Podcasts. You can also find The Athletic podcasts on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Youtube.
Text to Speech Articles
Articles can be read in a “text to speech” format in The Athletic app. To enable this feature:
- Navigate to the Account tab on the navigation bar
- Select App Settings
- Under the Article section, toggle on Show Article Text to Speech Controls
From any article, select the listen icon at the top of the page to listen to the article.
Connections: Sports Edition
Connections: Sports Edition is the sports version of The New York Times Game Connections!
