Shop Ingredients on Instacart
Learn more about the partnership between New York Times Cooking and Instacart.
New York Times Cooking has partnered with Instacart to offer the ability to shop a recipe’s ingredients and have them delivered via Instacart.
Note: This feature is only available to residents of Canada and the United States. For more information on Instacart delivery availability, visit the Instacart Help Center.
How to Shop Ingredients on Instacart
To try ingredient delivery, select Shop ingredients on Instacart below the ingredients list on the recipe page. This will take you to Instacart to shop the recipe on their platform where you can shop for additional items or navigate back to Cooking to add ingredients from additional recipes to your cart. When you’re ready, place your order on Instacart for delivery from a store near you.
Note: The option to shop ingredients is omitted in rare cases to ensure the best possible grocery shopping experience using Instacart. You do not have to be an Instacart subscriber to order ingredients for delivery using this feature.
A Cooking subscription is not required to access this feature on recipes. For unlimited access to recipes, subscribe to Cooking.
