Suspend Your Newspaper Delivery

Learn how to suspend your newspaper delivery from your New York Times account.

Did you know?

Home Delivery subscribers have the option to suspend their newspaper delivery. Please keep in mind that you may need to suspend up to four days before your suspension takes effect.

When you suspend your delivery:

  • You will not receive the newspaper and will receive a credit for all undelivered copies during the suspension period
    • You may still be charged for upcoming delivery, because Subscribers are billed in advance on a set schedule (for example: every four weeks). Standard billing practices apply, and a credit will be applied to your next invoice.
  • The credit will be applied to your next invoice or you can choose to contribute your credit to the Sponsor a Student program
  • Your All Access will not be affected

Note: If you do not see the option to suspend your delivery, you may be logged into a New York Times account that is not attached to your Home Delivery Subscription. Please check your login credentials, and try again.
